About the Role

As a Senior Adult Social Care Social Worker and Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals in developing support plans that meet their identified outcomes. Utilizing a strength-based approach, you will empower them to explore family, friends, and community options.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional social work services to adults with mental health conditions, their families, and carers.
* Work within legislative frameworks, including the Care Act 2014, NHS Continuing Healthcare, and Community deprivation of liberty.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure person-centered care and put individuals in control of their lives.
Requirements
* Experience in adult safeguarding, knowledge of relevant legislation, and ability to make safeguarding personal.
* Mental Health experience is preferred, with opportunities to train as Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs).
* Degree in social work or occupational therapy and registration with Social Care England.
