About our opportunity Reporting to the UK Managing Director and Regional VP for HR in Europe, the HR Business Partner will lead strategic initiatives, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while supporting operations. You will oversee a team of one, working closely with the leadership team and contributing to the growth of an innovative and dynamic company. What You Will Be Doing: Acting as the face of HR, managing both day-to-day operations and strategic direction. Driving employee engagement across diverse cultures and shifts. Shaping talent acquisition and succession planning to support business goals. Enhancing HR processes, including training, appraisals, and employee relations. Partnering with senior leaders on business planning, workforce management, and compliance. What We Are Looking For: Proven HR experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. Strategic mindset with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams. Collaborative leadership style with strong influencing and coaching skills. Passion for building and developing high-performing teams.
