We have an exciting opportunity within Strategy and Governance for a Business Analyst to join our team.
This is a new and exciting role for someone with the passion, energy and vision for business analysis.
The role will report directly to the Governance and Compliance Manager, and the remit of this role will involve ensuring delivery of improved business efficiency and service delivery in line with the SLLC’s policies and strategies.
The post involves project managing the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve business efficiency and service delivery in line with SLLC’s policies and strategies; identifying and collecting key performance data and benchmarking; determining how the organisation is currently operating via research, including and collecting quantitative data and explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts proposing solutions to managers; overseeing the quality management systems and customer satisfaction surveys and audits.
The ideal candidate will have track record of organisation wide delivery of improved business efficiency and service delivery along with strong interpersonal, and motivational skills along with an ability to clearly convey complex ideas, and to work collaboratively across a range of services and teams.
You will be a resilient self-starter and thinker with the energy, positive attitude and passion for developing strategy and delivering projects across the organisation with warmth, friendliness and individual pride.
