About the Role As a Trainee Service Charge Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of accounts and reports while gaining hands-on experience and studying for your AAT qualification. Joining the Service Charge Accounts team, you’ll be working in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Prepare service charge accounts and reports under the supervision of experienced team members. Attend job-specific training courses and develop technical knowledge relevant to the role. Manage your workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the high standards expected within the team. Contribute to an innovative and inclusive workplace, in line with the company’s values. Successful Candidate Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be approachable, detail-oriented, and confident in interacting with clients and colleagues. Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage tasks effectively. Be eager to learn and apply new technical knowledge and software. Demonstrate an analytical mindset and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
