Key focus of role is to grow volume sales driving margin growth of sweet bakery mixes via either direct customer supply from A1 Cake Mixes or growing sales of Kaybee cake mixes through supporting the commercial teams in High Street and National Accounts within Kluman & Balter Wholesale Channel. Location : Between M4 and Birmingham. Within 2 hours of Manchester Test Bakery. Home based. Experience : Bakery background, preferably sweet bakery, experience in dealing with wide range of customer types from Craft to Industrial Bakers, Food Manufacturers and Retailers. Previous interaction with commercial function. Key Activities Development of range, increasing volume supplied and growing commercial margin across existing A1 direct supplied customers. Prospecting and identifying sweet bakery mix opportunities across industrial bakery, food manufacturers and foodservice operators. Identifying product requirements, arranging NPD samples and running on line trials and working with A1 commercial manager to convert these opportunities. Development of range and growing commercial margin by supporting Kluman & Balter wholesale and national account teams in existing customer base, but also to identify opportunities for Kaybee Cake Mix that can be converted with support of National Account Manager or Territory Managers. Management of the Dobbies Training Academy in conjunction with Dobbies Head of Food and Dobbies Regional Restaurant Managers. The training of in store colleagues to ensure supplied ingredients are baked and displayed correctly to maximise sales for both parties. Training of new colleagues with Kluman & Balter Field or Telesales team, so that they understand the Kaybee Mix Range and are able to offer guidance to potential customers which can the be followed up by TAM if required. Support Retail Technical Account Managers as required within Retail channel on in-store training, production trials. Reporting of customer visits and trials to ensure wider team aware of development status across project portfolio.
