1 to 1 LSA Full-Time BS4 January Start EYFS Class Are you someone who is keen to inspire, motivate and support children to gain high achievements? A 3 form entry school in the BS4 area of Bristol is currently looking for a candidate who can work on a 1 to 1 basis with a EYFS pupil who has SEN. You will be joining a school who are dedicated to achieving consistently high standards of support, which has resulted in a driven approach to education and an improvement in primary results. The Role As a member of the support staff at this Primary School, you will be expected to work closely with the school SENDCo, understanding and building strong relationships with individual children to ensure they are able to access all learning opportunities through using your initiative and adapting lessons and activities. You will be expected to: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to assess development. Work 1:1 and in small groups. Have high expectations for the individual to succeed. Create a stimulating and purposeful environment Manage and Support with the child’s needs. Assess and communicate the individuals’ successes and developments.
