Customer Service Advisor
A recognised market leader in their sector now has a need for an additional Customer Service Advisor to join their small and professional customer service team.
Duties
1. Review and process Customer orders.
2. Respond positively to all requests from Customers.
3. Prioritise and process all work within a reasonable time frame.
4. Liaise with the Company's Customers by telephone and in writing.
5. Review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing are correct.
6. Respond to enquiries about the delivery of products.
7. Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable.
8. Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers' needs are always met or exceeded.
9. Manage data entry via the CRM System.
Skills & Experience
1. Previous Customer Service experience.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Accuracy in work and attention to detail is essential.
4. Computer literate - including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
5. Calm, organised, and able to work in a Team.
6. Willingness to 'go the extra mile' for every customer.
7. Any previous knowledge of building or DIY products would be an advantage, but full training will be given to ensure detailed knowledge of the company products.
