Location: Grimsby - Onsite
Salary: Competitive Salary + benefits
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, core hours 8.30am - 5pm; flexibility is required due to 24/7 operational demands on an infrequent basis.

About the Role
The HR Advisor at Grimsby Meal Solutions is a pivotal HR Generalist role, a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who could eventually progress into a HR Manager position, with an emphasis on Employee Relations. The role has a strong focus on employee relations, but also provides the opportunity to be actively involved in Organisational change and resource management and other areas within Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for ER queries, take the lead to support Managers with Employee Relation cases, while assessing any mitigating potential risk
* Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels, responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach
* Ensure the accurate monitoring and recording of the case management system.
* Produce required monthly and weekly reports.
* Support the HR team in the administration of the employee cycle processes ensuring that legal compliance is met.
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes, policies and documentation to align with best practice and Legal standards.
* Support the Head of HR in key people strategy projects such a staff surveys and external compliance audits.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within HR with knowledge of case management, disciplinary and investigation and be flexible to work infrequent / occasional shifts.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar HR role ideally from a fast-paced environment.
* Employee Relations experience is essential (investigation, disciplinary, appeals and grievances)
* Strong people engagement skills
* Agility and quick problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environments
