As the Stellantis Performance Academy continues to implement our industry leading digital training strategy, we are looking for a talented and driven Digital Learning Instructional Designer to support the design and build of inspirational, technology rich, fully integrated and personalised learning content. This role focuses on exceeding expectations to enhance business performance, whilst maintaining a strong customer-centric approach. It requires innovative thinking beyond standard training processes to implement solutions that drive meaningful performance improvements. Main Responsibilities This role requires working to support the focus and strategy set by the Training director and leadership team, being responsible for the design and build of both traditional and digital learning solutions. The digital learning technology we use encompasses but is not limited to - E-Learning modules – (Articulate 360) - Virtual Classrooms Training - Interactive videos - Traditional Videos & Animations - Live Streams - Extended Reality - AI - Also may include traditional face to face and attended training solutions. There is an expectation that you will positively enhance the delegates experience through all touch points of digital training and digital elements of face-to-face training delivery. When it comes to the digital training strategy, the role will be expected to design and build high quality learning solutions but also provide continual research, insights, opinions, with a ‘finger on the pulse’ approach to the current Learning and Development industry trends. The overarching strategy and focus will be led from the training director and leadership team, you will be expected to support, action, and adhere to any points to deliver the current business focus and strategy. There will be times where you will be required to support special projects or look to source and implement digital solutions to business needs and problems. Key Tasks Follow and adhere to a detailed briefing Design and build digital learning solutions Working to key timescales and project deadlines Reporting on project progress in weekly team meetings Apply tested theories, practice, and methods to all learning technology solutions being designed and built Suggest and build digital solutions to ad hoc business needs and requirements Maintain, amend and enhance any current digital technology solutions Utilise technologies to advance technical knowledge and application of learning technologies Competence and experience: · Experience in design and building face to face, experiential and digital learning content essential · Passion, experience and understanding of current learning technologies a must · Extensive experience of Articulate Storyline essential · Experience with the design and build of Adobe Connect virtual classroom’s · Awareness and understanding of HTML/Java Script desired but not essential · Automotive Industry experience desired but not essential · Strong organisational and communication skills · Strong interpersonal skills · A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication · Strong Stakeholder communication and relationship skills · Excellent time management · Excellent organisational and administration skills · Strong ability to multitask · Persistent attention to detail · Strong writing and proofing skills · Ability to work collaboratively, supporting other team functions · Work to clear and sometimes tight deadlines · Strive to always improve and deliver the highest quality work possible · Be able to deal with feedback professionally About You: You must have a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate and share information across the team. Salary & Benefits : £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience, Company Car, 26 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, Calex Employee Benefits Package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme). Workplace Location : The role is office based in Coventry, however attendance offsite for events may also be required. Additionally, there are occasions when we are asked to support with events out of hours (including weekends) both in the UK and overseas, flexibility to accommodate this is required.
