Contributing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy
Responsible for employee relations such as: grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies etc.
Identifying gaps in line management capabilities and coaching, mentoring and training line management to improve skillset
Developing career pathways and career frameworks for future progression of employees
Line management responsibility for a HR Assistant including coaching and developing
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
