Inclusion support assistant required, 25 hours per week term time only (plus inset days) We are seeking to appoint a Inclusion Support Assistant to work 1:1 across KS1 (year 1). A level 3 qualification desirable as well as experience of supporting SEND pupils. Hours of work to be decided but will be term time only. We require someone who: Has experience of working with children with learning difficulties or children who require additional support for learning. · Has the relevant skills and strategies to ensure support can be implemented to meet identified needs. · Have experience of working with children with Autism and with identified speech needs. · Have good behaviour management strategies. · Is flexible and well organised. · Has good interpersonal skills and is able to communicate well. This position is temporary until 31st August 25 or until the child leaves the school / dependent on additional funding received to support individual pupil needs.
