Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company.
Duties:
1. Answer and direct all incoming calls to the correct individual.
2. Input and update sales and customer records in the company database.
3. Handle all department inboxes and route emails accordingly.
4. Coordinate all viewings and surveys as required.
5. Ensure all sales appointments are followed up with the appropriate salesperson.
6. Prepare reports on sales activities for management.
Requirements:
1. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
2. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
3. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
4. Administrative experience with a focus on sales administration is preferred.
5. High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
6. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
