Role: Mailroom Administrator (Temporary)
Start Date: 28/10/
Hours: 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday
Pay: £12.00 Per hour
Location: Bath
Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a candidate to provide support to their client in Bath. The ideal candidate will be confident using computers and have a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided by the client on site.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry
2. Managing outgoing and incoming post (high volume)
3. Prepare mail and files for digital scanning
4. Quality checking
5. Receiving inbound couriers and booking outbound couriers
6. Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
7. Undertake additional duties as requested by management.
8. Carry out administrative tasks as necessary
9. Attention to detail is paramount
