Salary: £39,222 - £43,425 dependent on experience This role is based on 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension to 9 months, based on project needs. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive the review, selection, and implementation of a new omni-channel EPOS system for The Mare and Foal Sanctuary. This system will enhance our retail, events, and fundraising operations. If you are passionate about delivering impactful projects and have the experience to lead this crucial system implementation, we would love to hear from you What you'll be doing:- · Lead the project from planning to implementation. · Evaluate and integrate an effective EPOS system. · Ensure seamless connections with Xero, Donorfy, WooCommerce, and more. · Engage stakeholders across Retail, IT, Fundraising, and Finance. · Deliver training and support for smooth adoption. · Manage risks, budgets, and timelines. What You'll bring:- · Proven experience in system implementation project management. · Strong knowledge of EPOS systems and integrations. · Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. · Hands-on, problem-solving approach. · Understanding of GDPR and fundraising compliance (charity sector experience a plus).
