Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Customer Notifications Officer to work on our Developer Services contract based in London.
As a Customer Notification Officer you will be part of our New Connections and Mains Extensions Teams who are responsible for Installation of water supplies for new developments.
As the Customer Notifications Officer your duties & responsibilities will be:
- Collate and print Parking restriction and supply interruption letters for forthcoming works, ensuring correct details for each Job is present in each letter
- Set our parking space cone-offs where required
- Envelope all letters using envelope machine
- Hand deliver all letters for appropriate shuts at least 48hrs before shut is due to commence
- Deliver cancellation letters when required
- Evidence all letter drops using time stamped photographs and sending to relevant storage location
SHE
- Ensure Compliance with Essential Safety standards
- Minimise wastage of paper
Customer
- Dealing with all customer issues in accordance with the ‘IMPACT’ protocol.
- Day-to-day liaison with Planners regarding shuts planned work
- Ensure all customer issues are dealt with in a timely manner,
Quality
- Ensure accuracy of dates for shuts on all notifications
- Ensure all customers are notified within 48hrs of any shut and escalate any issues with management
Performance
- Ensure all notifications are documented and saved in the relevant storage area
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Full Clean Driving licence
Additional Information
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
