You will be expected to establish effectivemunication and build long-lasting relationships with both students and staff. Your new role.
Your new role will include all aspects of lesson planning and preparation. You will deliver the curriculum to KS2 pupils and follow the values and standards of the school. You will be engaging in and monitoring behaviour management in a variety of ways and incorporating a myriad of Behaviour for Learning methods. You will be ensuring pupil engagement and differentiating material to suit attainment needs. You will be required to collaborate with other staff members to boost student engagement. You will be taking on full teaching roles and responsibilities for a mixed KS2 class and work throughout the academic year to raise performance and help pupils reach expected levels. You will be working with Sat's preparation but not year 6. ECT mentorship is available, but qualified teachers are also wee to apply.
What you will need to succeed.
1. Recent experience of teaching in primary school.
2. Provide relevant references.
3. Have QTS or ECT status.
4. Knowledge of primary curriculum.
5. Enthusiasm, energy, and flexibility.
6. Highly motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
7. Up-to-date DBS preferred (Hays can supply if needed).
8. ECT’s will be considered.
