The role will involve covering in-patient wards at Goodmayes Hospital, and community teams in Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and will involve an element of travel between community sites. As it is a new role there is great opportunity to individualise and develop the service for older people mental health, further expand the Pharmacy team and make a significant contribution to health outcomes.
