Payroll Advisor (FTC) - The Role: As a Payroll Advisor, you will be a key player in administering pay and benefits for our 2,000 UK employees. You will support both Senior and Junior Payroll Assistants and collaborate with the Payroll Services Manager on exciting projects. This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. Your core responsibilities will include: Accurate Processing : Manage payroll changes for joiners, leavers, and handle contractual changes and benefits enrolments using iTrent payroll software. Data Reconciliation : Ensure data accuracy by reconciling with third-party reports and invoices. Report Preparation : Prepare and present ad-hoc and monthly payroll reports. Payment Processing : Execute payments to employees and third parties efficiently. Compliance Management : Handle statutory payments, manage files from HMRC, and ensure adherence to the National Minimum Wage and pension auto-enrolment requirements. Payroll Advisor (FTC) - What we're looking for: Substantial UK payroll experience. A background in professional services is a bonus. A deep understanding of payroll practices, legislation, PAYE, NI, and all aspects of payslips. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and a commitment to delivering results. A team-oriented approach, with skills in identifying process improvements and taking ownership of workload.
