HR Business PartnerThe Opportunity:Are you a hands on, full HR Generalist who is happy to work operationally at a senior level, but also do the 'day job' administering all HR matters? If you'd like to support a busy HR Manager within a large manufacturing facility, working alongside others in the HR team, then this is a great role for you. You'll do everything from analyse data, present reports, give advise to managers and all levels of personnel, deal with your own ER caseload, policy review, recruitment and attend meetings at all levels on all HR issues. You must offer25 years experience at this level (minimum 5-7 years in a dedicated HR role), and be CIPD Level 5 minimum. We are seeking an individual who:
1. Is experienced working within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment, or at least be used to working in a multi disciplined and shift based environment, ideally unionised.
2. Professionally qualified, experienced and highly motivated practitioner
3. Has the ability to manage a varied and complex ER workload providing up to date advice to all levels of personnel
4. Can act as a trusted advisor and demonstrate a track record of delivering effective HR operational practice
