Lead Test Analyst with strong UAT, integration & system testing experience is sought by a household organisation based near Birmingham. With large scale investment in technical innovation, this Lead Test Analyst will be joining a dynamic, autonomous team delivering technical upgrades that will facilitate the organisation's commitment to digitalisation over the coming years.
This Lead Test Analyst will be joining a highly skilled team that embodies an autonomous knowledge share driven culture, allowing this individual the chance to work on greenfield projects using the latest technology.
This role would suit a Test Analyst with at least 3 years commercial experience designing and delivering test plans (UAT, System, integration etc), ideally playing a lead role in the team.
Key Skills Required:
1. Solid UAT (user acceptance testing), integration and system testing experience
2. Proven ability writing a testing plan for enterprise level applications
3. Experience defining project scope, required test environment and team roles & responsibilities
4. Experience writing nonfunctional test cases (automation, performance & usability)
5. Experience implementing and managing defect management tools and processes
6. Impeccable communication skills as internal stakeholder management between technical teams will form a large part of this role
7. A real can-do attitude and a passion for technology in general
8. ISTQB Foundation is desirable
