It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services ('MLS'). This role will sit in the 'Co Sec' team within our focussed and friendly MLS team. Our Co Sec team is based in the above offices across the UK and Ireland. They are responsible for a wide range of governance and corporate administration work and work/collaborate with the wider firm on an international scale. We are recruiting for a Global Entity Maintenance Manager to deliver corporate governance solutions to our international client base. The successful candidate will play an important role in the growth of this function, alongside the running and day to day management of the team's work. Responsibilities will include: Building a global entity maintenance solution, utilising Pinsent Masons teams and partnered organisations to delivery large scale corporate governance solutions Developing new business for the global entity solution Building the profile of the global entity solution internally and externally through a range of BD and marketing activities Acting as the lead contact on all client work, taking responsibility for performance and accountability for any issues which require resolving Designing solutions for new clients as work is won across the globe Managing a portfolio of clients and seeking ways to expand relationships and bring other parts of the firm to those clients Management of a supplier base which is key to the success of the service Onboarding new clients MI and reporting Billing and matter administration Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
