We are seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will be required to deliver high quality interventions to children who need extra support with their academic studies, this can be on a 1:1 basis or small groups of children. You may also be required to cover classes over a short amount of time when needed, covering teachers for PPA time. The right candidate needs to be educated in a qualification equivalent to a Level 4 qualification or higher, whether this be a College course or University course you have taken. Requirements: The requested skillset for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant Have the ability to support and deliver high-quality teaching across core subjects (English, Maths, Science). Establish and learn and understand techniques for assessment and have experience in contributing to pupil attainment tracking. Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging and challenging lessons. Show initiative and adaptability to support students with varying abilities.
