I’m currently working with a leading company in the cleaning and hygiene supply space, known for delivering high-quality products and expert advice to a wide range of clients — and they’re now looking to bring on board a talented Account Manager to join their team in Camberley.
About the Role :
This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone with a passion for customer relationships, commercial growth, and problem-solving. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, offering tailored solutions and making sure their needs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities :
* Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts
* Building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
* Recommending the right products and solutions based on client needs and budgets
* Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to business growth
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet delivery expectations
* Meeting KPIs and sales targets
* Addressing any issues quickly and professionally
What They’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in account management, B2B sales or customer-facing roles
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Experience in the cleaning/hygiene industry is a plus
* Degree in Business or related field is advantageous
