Our client, a growing organisation within the property industry, is seeking an administrator to join their busy team. Working as part of the customer service team in their busy and modern offices, the successful candidate will be part of a team dealing with the "after-sales" care of customers and trading partners. The role is interesting and varied and duties will include: Responding to customer calls and email enquiries. Booking appointments for surveyors. Updating internal systems. Liaising with other team members internally—as well as outside suppliers. The successful candidate will have experience of working in Customer Services, be organised and diligent with excellent communication skills. In addition, they will need good levels of numeracy and literacy, computer and typing skills along with experience of using Microsoft’s range of Office software.
