The role:
PMO Lead – Reporting & Demand Management
As a Reporting and Demand PMO Lead at IAG Cargo you will be working in the IT Portfolio and Vendor Management Office across all IT teams in the Chief Digital and Information Officer function.
You will have the opportunity to support the establishment and embedding of key Portfolio Management capabilities for the IT function at a really exciting time as the Portfolio grows in terms of people, services and projects.
Your role will ensure IT have full visibility of all the activities and resources across out portfolio - making sure we have effective planning processes in place to ensure we drive business value, mitigate risk and achieve our transformation goals.
You will drive development of our reporting capability – exploring, recommending and establishing tools and processes that will ensure we can support the IT portfolio and drive data informed decisions.

What you’ll do:
1. Ensuring full, timely and accurate visibility of demand on IT resources
2. Developing demand v capacity and scheduling data and reporting
3. Monitoring and reporting on supply versus demand for all IT resources
4. Driving and supporting effective resource planning and prioritisation
5. Develop and implement PMO tooling strategy
6. Producing wider IT Portfolio reporting as part of the Portfolio and Vendor Management Office

7. Build, develop and maintain sustainable & respectful stakeholder and wider business, cross-IT and external relationships with other Operating Companies

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:
9. Develop and embed a demand management and planning capability for all activity across all IT teams in the Chief Digital and Information Officer function ensuring reliable and timely visibility of all inflight, complete and pipeline demand versus supply
10. Monitor material demand and supply changes and understand drivers, supporting IT to identify and mitigate associated risks.
11. Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for support to drive improvements
12. Ensure clear understanding and view of demand priority to support conflict resolution and scheduling options
13. Work with IT resource managers, providing data to support informed capacity planning, recruitment strategies and approaches
14. Develop and drive the PMO data and tooling strategy so that reporting production is efficient and is used to support informed decisions – implement new tools and systems, define and embed associated processes.
15. Report on demand v supply for the portfolio, identifying constraints, risks and opportunities
16. Analyse historical actuals to inform demand profiles for future activities
17. Develop reporting and KPIs for IT leadership working across teams to ensure data access, availability and quality
18. Run and continuously improve the the IT Triage with IT Leads and Change Requestors which assess the likely size and complexity of new change
19. Establish and manage the reporting calendar for IT ensuring all reporting deadlines are met to required standard
20. Embed consistent reporting standards for IT governance and key reports
Your experience:
Essential
21. Minimum 3 years in a PMO role
22. Experience working at Portfolio/ Enterprise level
23. Experience running, supporting and establishing demand and resource management processes
24. Experience developing and embedding processes – working and consulting with a range of stakeholder groups
25. Working with senior managers (Heads of Function levels)
26. Experience producing PMO reporting/ feeling into Portfolio reporting
27. Demonstrable experience of using project, programme and portfolio management tools (., MS Project, Jira, PlanView or other)
28. Proven track record of reporting and planning across different project management methodologies (.,Waterfall, Agile, SAFe).
29. Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
30. Demonstrable data analysis skills
31. Established data flows and datasets for reporting
Desirable but not essential
32. PSO, Prince 2, SAFe certifications
33. Set up or developed automated reporting
34. Supporting resource conflict resolution and prioritisation
