As an Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner, deeply understanding each client’s business goals and identifying ways to expand our partnership. Managing a portfolio of customers, you will proactively engage with stakeholders, ensuring they see continuous value while exploring opportunities to introduce additional services that align with their evolving needs.
Working closely with delivery leads, you will ensure clients remain satisfied throughout every stage of their journey, addressing challenges before they become issues and positioning our team as a long-term growth partner. Your success will be measured not only by account health and retention but also by your ability to expand client relationships, drive additional revenue, and create lasting value.

Responsibilities
* Own and nurture client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact post-deployment, building trust and ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and understood.
* Collaborate with delivery leads: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly, address client concerns, and surface expansion opportunities during ongoing work.
* Strategic account planning: Develop and maintain tailored account plans, segmenting customers by growth potential and crafting strategies to deepen the relationship.
* Regular client check-ins: Conduct consistent touchpoints to review progress, track HubSpot adoption, and gather insights that inform future opportunities for engagement.
* Promote HubSpot best practices: Educate clients on new features, industry trends, and best practices to help them get the most out of their investment.
* Drive commercial conversations: Confidently handle discussions around pricing adjustments, contract renewals, and service expansions, balancing customer satisfaction with business growth.
* Proactively mitigate churn risk: Stay ahead of potential issues, advocating for the client internally while positioning additional services as solutions to evolving challenges.
* Leverage data for insights: Use customer data, usage analytics, and feedback to track progress toward client goals and pinpoint strategic opportunities to add value.
Skills, competencies and experience
* Relationship management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
* Commercial acumen: Experience identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and leading commercial conversations around pricing, contracts, and renewals.
* Strategic thinking: Ability to understand client business goals, develop strategic account plans, and align services to support long-term growth.
* Organisational skills: Highly organized and self-sufficient, capable of managing a portfolio of accounts without sacrificing attention to detail.
* Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using analytics and customer insights to inform decisions, measure progress, and identify growth opportunities.
* Tech-savviness: Experience with CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and a solid understanding of MarTech, SaaS, or B2B technology services.
Hours - Full time
Salary - £30K-£40K based on experience
Location: Hybrid - Manchester. Co-working space in Manchester utilised once a fortnight.
