One of our clients is looking for a versatile and proactive Business Support/ Administrative Assistant with Compliance and Finance background to join their small but growing team. This role requires a highly flexible individual who can adapt to various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting different functions within the business.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
* FCA Reporting and Consumer Duty submissions (monthly 6 – 7 days of work and rest will be on Administrative side). Hence required someone worked in UK Compliance and Regulatory framework.
* General Administrative Support including collections, onboarding, documentation.
* Client and Vendor Coordination.
* Documentation and vendor co-ordination.
* Project Support on new sales.
* Team Assistance on Operations and Collections/Arrears.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within finance or a related industry.
* Experience working in FCA Regulatory framework.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* A proactive approach, with a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
