The role
We have a superb opportunity for an Events Operations Managerto join the team to run the numerous weddings and events held at the hotel throughout the year.
Applicant requirements:
* Experience working in weddings and events operations (ideally 2 years)
* Fully bar trained
* Confident working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communicator and able to delegate tasks to the team
* Passion for excellent customer service
* Comfortable creating strong connections with guests to ensure their expectations are met
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A keen eye for detail
