About the Role - They are looking for a Digital Project Manager/Digital Account Manager to join their team - The go-to for all things digital. You will be working closely with developers, creatives, animators and editors to maintain and enhance client's websites, ensuring they are up to scratch, working perfectly as well as delivering social, digital advertising and HTML email campaigns.
The main focus of the role will be managing and improving existing sites, developing new sites, microsites and digital campaigns. You will be working closely with the clients and building long standing relationships.
Responsibilities
* Manage, maintain and update websites built on various CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress)
* Create and deliver digital campaigns.
* Troubleshoot technical issues.
* Implement website animations.
* Liaise with clients, and provide updates and deliver fantastic service every step of the way.
* Optimise and adapt existing websites.
Required Skills
* Experience working in a Medcomms agency.
* Experience delivering HTML Banners & Emails, Social Media and LinkedIn Advertising.
* Good knowledge of managing CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal)
* Campaign measurement and optimisation.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging and optimising websites.
* Good eye for design and attention to detail.
* Fair understanding of website animations and interactive features.
