Executive Assistant / Events coordinator Location: UK Remote with potential for regional and global travel Company: Randstad Enterprise Department: Growth Office Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant/Events coordinator to provide top-tier support to the EVP of Human Capital Strategy & Executive Partnership. This role is pivotal in driving our executive engagement and partnerships strategy. The ideal candidate will excel in managing a dynamic workload, including executive-level administrative tasks, event coordination, and seamless communication with C-Suite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Executive Support: Manage the EVP's inbox, calendar, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of executive engagement events, including managing attendee communications, registrations, and logistics. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, industry partners, and colleagues across the organisation. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of event materials, prepare reports, and track event ROI using Salesforce.
