Job summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the South East Staffordshire Community Intervention Service (CIS). This is a multidisciplinary team consisting of Physio's, occupational therapists, nurses, AHP assistants. The team works closely with the virtual wards, advanced clinical practitioners, GPs other AHP teams such as speech and language, dietetics, falls service, community rehabilitation. You will be supported to develop as a community physiotherapists promoting independence, preventing hospital admission and supporting early discharge. Clinical specialist areas include orthopaedics, neuro, respiratory, falls and frailty.
