Job Title: English, Maths and Science KS3 SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Epping Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored one-to-one tuition in English, Maths and Science to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create engaging and interactive lesson plans to support individual learning goals Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate effectively with parents, teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure a collaborative approach to student development Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with students with SEN Demonstrated expertise in English, Maths and Science curriculum at Key Stage 3 level Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organisational skills to track student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor will be expected to travel to student homes or educational settings in Epping, Essex. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate student schedules.
