If you are a part or fully qualified ACA or ACCA (or AAT) Accountant with 5 years of accounts management experience in a large firm, then this role is for you Responsibilities Preparation of statutory financial statements Preparation of corporation tax returns and computations Preparation of management accounts and tax projections Preparation and review of VAT returns and client bookkeeping Monitoring and analysing client financial data Providing excellent customer service and nurturing client relationships Training and supporting junior accountants Assisting with key tax planning for clients Staying up to date with continuous professional development Requirements ACA or ACCA part qualified/qualified accountant or AAT with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice Extensive experience in a large accountancy practice Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures (FRS 102 Section 1A knowledge is important but not essential) Basic VAT knowledge and understanding Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Discretionary bonuses (quarterly and annual) 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Annual pay review Support through professional qualifications Off-site parking, regular bus route, and nearby cycle path To apply, please send your CV and cover letter through, highlighting relevant experience.
