Job Description
Vehicle Fleet Administrators Role· Organising Vehicle which are due to or have came off the fleet to be sold to dealers or auction houses· Ensuring all vehicle records are accurate and up to date on our internal systems· Co-coordinating with Dealerships· Liaising with Company car drivers with regards to vehicle which are due to come off the fleet· Liaising with garages & suppliers for any body repair work· Making sure all vehicles are inspected to ensure they are fully equipped and meet the required standards· Managing all the calls and Emails into the Fleet Department· Making sure all vehicles have the logbook, keys and service history before being sold on to dealershipsFleet Administrator RequirementsConfident and Self MotivatedAdministration knowledgePrevious experience in Vehicle Fleet / Used Car sales / New car sales preferred.Able to work in a fast paced sometimes pressured environmentGood communication skillsGood Management and Organisational SkillsProficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data and generating reportsAttention to detail and accuracyConfident and Assertive and be able to communicate at all levels
