Advinia Healthcare is recruiting for a full-time Registered Home Manager to manage Stonedale Lodge Care Home in Liverpool.
Stonedale Lodge Care Home is a large multi-site service where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.
Essential Skills:
1. Experience managing a similar sized home
2. Nurse qualified preferable but not essential
3. Passionate about Dementia care
4. Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
5. Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
6. Experience of managing and working towards budgets
7. Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
8. Excellent communication skills - confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
