Sales Account manager
Leading technology distributor is looking for 2 Sales Account Managers with a range of experience. We are interested in Account Managers with 1 – 10 years experience.
In this role you'll be focusing on customer retention and sales growth. You will play a key part in managing and growing a portfolio of accounts. Your primary goal will be to retain and develop client relationships, driving sales growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This is predominantly an inbound Sales/Account management role. No new business sales experience or cold calling required.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in consultative sales, with experience in managing customer accounts and driving sales growth.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account revenue.
* Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to optimize sales strategies and customer solutions.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus; familiarity with NetSuite is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external clients.
* Ability to inspire and work effectively within a dynamic, high-performance sales environment.
