Area Sales Manager Location: Remote – South of England Salary: Up to £45k basic Bonus Car Allowance About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the Manufacturing & Solutions sector, with a primary focus on the southern English market. In this position, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Marine and Industry sectors, secure orders, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team. The role involves balancing client engagement, sales planning, and team collaboration, with approximately 25-50% travel across England. What You’ll Do Client Engagement and Sales Activities (50%) : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. Sales Planning and Administration (30%) : Develop annual marketing and sales plans, setting measurable objectives. Meetings and Collaboration (20%) : Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects. Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy. What We’re Looking For Qualifications : SVQ Level 3 or HNC Level 3. Experience : 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales role. Skills : Strong commercial acumen and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
