Your new role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer queries via telephone. You'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service and dealing with queries in a polite and efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have worked previously in a customer service capacity and be comfortable in speaking to customers at all levels. Full training will be provided, but you'll understand the fundamentals of providing good customer service.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start at the beginning of January 2025. The hourly rate for the role is £12.00 per hour, hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be the opportunity to work overtime. Start at 9am, finish at 5.15pm - could be a little flexible on start/finish times if required. The role is likely to last 3 months initially, with a possible extension. Please note, that you will need to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
