Your new role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer queries via telephone. You'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service and dealing with queries in a polite and efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You have worked previously in a customer service capacity and be comfortable speaking to customers at all levels; previous call centre experience is highly desirable. Full training will be provided, but you'll understand the fundamentals of providing good customer service.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The hourly rate for the role is £12.56 per hour, hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be the opportunity to work overtime. Start at 9am, finish at 5.15pm - could be a little flexible on start/finish times if required. The role is likely to last 2 months initially, with a likely extension.
Please note that you will need to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
