We have a unique opportunity to join our Global Regulatory Team! As the new Regulatory Data Governance Lead you will design and drive our cutting-edge Regulatory Data Framework. Collaborate across Syngenta functions, specially within Crop Protection development to align requirements and promote best practices. Ensure data integrity for decision-making, analysis, modeling, and submissions through robust processes and SOPs.
* Drive the implementation of the Regulatory Data Governance Framework across the worldwide Regulatory organisation.
* Foster a data-driven decision-making culture and facilitate the necessary organizational changes to support it.
* Identify manage and communicate risks.
* Proactively engage with the stakeholder community, R&D and other functions.
* Contribute to the wider development and implementation of the Digital Regulatory Data-Driven Vision and Strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in data related roles and proven experience in designing and implementing data governance strategies.
* M.A/M.Sc. or higher degree in data management/ IT/ regulatory affairs or a related discipline.
* Current experience in the Agriculture, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech industries.
* Proficiency in data governance frameworks, data quality management, and metadata management.
* Deep understanding of risk assessment and risk management related to regulatory governance and compliance.
* Expertise in understanding regulatory changes and their impact on data governance.
* Knowledge of functional improvement/productivity levers and their application.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, networking skills, and ability to motivate people
* Continuous learning attitude - ability to keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data governance and related fields.
