Here are some of the benefits we offer that make working for Gist just that little bit more special. 20% M&S discount on most things from furniture, fashion and food 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with length of service) Private Medical Healthcare Car Allowance Discounted rates on healthcare cash plan Attractive annual bonus scheme, based on M&S performance and personal objectives Auto Enrolment Pension or competitive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme and life assurance (up to 4 times salary) Access to a wide range of well-being support – including our Employee Assistance Programme A first-class welcome with a tailored induction and a wide range of training schemes to help with your learning and development Cycle to work scheme Role details: Salary : Competitive Bonus & Benefits Hours : 37.5 per week Working Pattern : Monday to Friday Location : Nationwide What you’ll do: Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives Work closely with the Network Planning Centre to turn a vision into a network rollout strategy Use influence to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives from site General Manager and Logistics Manager Support wider Group transformation projects as and when these are launched Change Management Lead consistent change management efforts across the organisation to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformational change Develop site-based cost-out ideas into network initiatives that can be rolled out across retail distribution Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring positive impact across the organisation Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the site transport teams Work alongside relevant functional teams such as the People Team, Comms, Finance, HSW, as and when required Project Management: Direct and manage transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and support the business objectives Work closely with IT teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly into existing workflows, carrying out risk assessments and supporting evaluations of implementations Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on the success of the transformation program Who you are: Extensive demonstration of experience leading transformation initiatives in a similar capacity Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire change within site teams Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans Change management certification / Lean Six Sigma (desirable) Project management certification (desirable) International CPC (desirable) Why Gist?
