Lates 2pm-10pm The role holder will spend one night on call every eight nights and this will coincide with a late shift, this is known as Late on call and varies from the standard late shift. Late on call is based around completion of production, which depends entirely on levels of milk production, this Late on call shift is flexible, with a possible later start but rarely extends beyond 4pm to midnight. Weekends are worked again on the eight-week cycle, where three weekends and an additional Saturday is required. This will be spaced with rostered rest days in the week, giving the opportunity for “long weekends” built into the roster.
