We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Services Manager to join our Norfolk Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service for Adults. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service. You will lead the delivery and development of the service working closely with clinicians, team leaders, multi-disciplinary staff team and Shared Care and Pharmacy partners.
We provide a range of recovery-oriented harm reduction, medically assisted recovery, structured psycho-social interventions, and education/prevention and outreach services, alongside provision of Shared Care, Pharmacy Supervised Consumption and Pharmacy Needle exchange provision to adult drug and alcohol service users across the service area.
You will be the CQC Registered Manager and will have core responsibility to manage, monitor and develop partnerships ensuring clear and effective communication and accountability is in place along with effective governance and performance against agreed targets and outcomes.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £62,521.91 to £64,905.99 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Here's what you'll be doing:
* Lead the delivery and development of the service working closely with clinicians, team leaders, multi-disciplinary staff team and Shared Care and Pharmacy partners.
* Manage, monitor and develop partnerships ensuring clear and effective communication and accountability is in place along with effective governance and performance against agreed targets and outcomes.
* Provide values-based leadership and workforce development which will enable the Norfolk service to provide a caring and high-quality service, which improves the lives of people accessing them. To support these operating principles, managers will embrace Change Grow Live values.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, young people and adults, and applicants to these posts will need to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to best safeguarding practice.
* Ensure that constructive, positive and supportive relationships are maintained with our partners, both internal and external to Change Grow Live.
Here's what we're looking for:
* Considerable experience of managing community and criminal justice, drug & alcohol services with a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services.
* Experience of project development and/or establishing Recovery Hubs across a wide geographical base.
* Experience of managing sub-contracted partnerships.
* Experience of working within and managing contracts, service agreements and service delivery systems.
* Experience of change management.
* Experience of effective partnership working at a senior level.
* Well-developed leadership skills.
* A working knowledge and experience of performance management frameworks.
* Experience of data collection systems, information technology.
* Experience of managing budgets in excess of £2 million.
