Requirements:
1. Currently be working as Hotel General Manager – essential
2. Current experience in a 4*/5* Luxury Hotel
3. Extensive Hotel operations experience required
4. Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
5. In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector
6. Be passionate about the operation with a hands-on attitude
7. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets
8. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
9. University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
10. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
11. Highly responsible & reliable
12. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
13. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
