This is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP and continuing until the end of the academic year. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons within the Early Years (EYFS) curriculum. Assist in creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for Nursery and Reception pupils. Help children develop key skills in line with the Birth to Five Framework. Provide 1:1 and small-group support to meet individual learning needs. Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals. Required Skills and Experience: A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Experience working in a Primary School setting, ideally within Nursery or Reception. Knowledge of the Early Years (EYFS) curriculum and Birth to Five Framework. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with young children.
