Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful administration team in a large not-for-profit social enterprise that offers great benefits and an agile work model.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a high level of administrative support across a number of programmes.
1. Liaise with businesses across the region to ensure their assessment processes, dates, and actual assessments are scheduled and that assessor appointments have been booked.
2. Promote and facilitate the delivery timetable for training programmes.
3. Ensure accurate recording of information via a CRM system and use all Office 365 programmes to manage customer inquiries and correspondence.
4. Take part in audits as required.
5. Make sure all documentation and assessments are fully completed and that best practice is adhered to at all times.
