Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful administration team in a large not-for-profit social enterprise that offers great benefits and an agile work model.
Can you handle high volume administration work? Do you have good attention to detail? If yes, this could be the ideal opportunity.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a high level of administrative support across a number of programmes.
Responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with businesses across the region to ensure their assessment processes, dates, and actual assessments are scheduled and that assessor appointments have been booked.
2. Promoting and facilitating the delivery timetable for training programmes.
3. Ensuring accurate recording of information via a CRM system and using all Office 365 programmes to manage customer inquiries and correspondence.
4. Taking part in audits as required.
5. Making sure all documentation and assessments are fully completed and that best practices are adhered to at all times.
