Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our client's successful team.
Responsibilities:
* Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
* Responsible for processing financial transactions
* Managing credit, collections, and conducting credit reviews
* Processing and reconciling bank statements
* Overseeing the logistics of shipments and organising transport routes
* Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining financial statistics and statements
* Assisting with the completion of tax forms
* Handling inbound and outbound invoices
* Preparing payment orders for authorisation
* Communication via email and phone with customers in the UK and overseas
* Performing other administrative duties as required
What we would like from you:
* Skilled in managing multiple tasks with precision while ensuring accurate financial records
* Capable of conducting credit reviews and making informed financial decisions
* Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, ranging from bookkeeping to logistics coordination
* Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential financial information
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working for an international business
* Experience in dealing with multicurrency transactions
* Degree in Finance or Accounting
Advantageous:
* Second language; Spanish, Polish or Dutch
