Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum
Job Description:
1. On-boarding of new starters including offer letters and contracts of employment.
2. Production of contractual change and leavers letters.
3. Input and maintain employee records on HR database.
4. Process Right to Work checks/disclosure applications.
5. Create and maintain reports with HR Information.
6. Maintain sickness and holiday records.
7. Updating and ensuring accurate records for all employees including sickness records.
8. Supporting with minute taking for key meetings.
9. Ensure completion of the leavers process.
10. Run accurate reports for payroll in a timely manner.
11. Ensure probationary reviews are conducted in a timely manner by setting reminders with managers.
12. To be an effective representative of the company acting in a professional manner.
Experience And Qualifications:
1. Previous HR Administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Understanding of HR policies.
4. Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and on the telephone.
5. CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
6. Resilient and flexible team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
7. A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Be professional at all times maintaining confidentiality.
9. Be able to multi-task with efficiency.
10. Be able to adhere to deadlines and identify issues which may cause delays.
