In this role, you will shape and execute Breathe’s content and brand strategy to position us as the go-to HR software for SMEs. Leading a cross-functional team, you’ll drive the strategy for brand storytelling, content for demand generation and SEO, as well as PR, while collaborating closely with the Head of Acquisition. You will also work with teams across marketing, sales, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and establish a consistent brand presence in the market. Responsibilities Marketing responsibilities: Support the Head of Content and Brand and the wider marketing team in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing plans to drive top-of-funnel metrics Develop innovative ways to engage our target audience to drive top of mind awareness and consideration for Breathe Coordinate field marketing events that are aimed at strengthening our brand presence in the market Research, identify and develop partnership and collaboration opportunities to expand the company's reach Create copy for assets that are relevant to our brand marketing campaigns (landing pages, emails, taglines etc.) in collaboration with the product marketing, content team and copywriting freelancers Work closely with our PR agency on various PR initiatives to maximise our brand reach Report on all initiatives, how they are performing and what we are learning from them Social media responsibilities: Manage all company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and engagement Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and polls Monitor social media trends, track metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise performance Foster relationships with customers, industry influencers, and brand advocates through online communities, forums, and groups Respond to enquiries, comments, and feedback from the community in a timely and professional manner Report on the social media performance and learnings What we value for this role: Proven experience in brand marketing and social media management, preferably in the SaaS industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences Experience of running brand marketing campaigns, creative agency management and copywriting Experience reporting on top of funnel activity demonstrating results and impact Experience managing events (both offline and online) Comfortable networking with potential marketing partners for various brand awareness initiatives Analytical and data driven Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of design tools (Canva or Adobe) desirable or ability to learn on the job Great project management skills Proactive approach to work Positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues Passion for the role and the product Constantly looking for ways to improve in the role (curiosity and continuous learning welcome) Growth mindset Our People Benefits: £40k - £50k company bonus 25 days holiday birthday off Flexible working Private medical including dental, optical and mental health cover Life insurance 2x salary Matched pension scheme (5%) Employee Assist Programme Learn Days: 1 day per month x2 volunteer days per annum Access to Reward Gateway for hundreds of discounts Our hiring process: Stage 1: Initial screening call with our Talent Acquisition Advisor Stage 2: Interview with CMO Stage 3: Final interview (in office or virtual) Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
