As our New Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth, identifying opportunities, and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business growth by actively identifying, pursuing, and securing new client opportunities.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Provide bespoke quotations and solutions tailored to client needs.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Attend industry networking events to identify opportunities and grow the brand.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify untapped opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrated success in a new business or sales account management role within the promotional merchandise or a related industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
