Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support our operations and enhance our client service delivery. This role has come about due to a growth in advisers this year, with further expansion anticipated next year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and expertise in using Intelliflo. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial services team. Manage client documentation and maintain accurate records in Intelliflo. Process client transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator or in a similar role. Proficient in using Intelliflo Microsoft Office and Excel experience Competent in multiple platforms, Aviva, Aegon etc Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
